CASPIAN ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION CONSORTIUM (CECC) was created by BAKU METAL SERVICE LLC in spring of 2 in the number of big projects started and planned in the country. All members have highly qualified and experienced special working with foreign companies like BP, Siemens, Baker Hughes, Schlumberger, Halliburton and others.
